Job Description
  • Accurately input new customer returns on Khaos Cloud as they are raised on our Royal Mail returns portal, ready for their arrival
  • Open received customer returns, oldest-first and complete the following procedure:
  • Assess the item(s) carefully, ensure they are clean and in brand new condition
  • Recondition items where possible - replace plastic bags, reattach labels, use sticky-rollers etc.
  • Reject used / unsellable items and arrange for them to be sent back to customers - advise customers appropriately (you’ll first need to rule out that a used item is not being returned because it is faulty or for other reasons)
  • Check carefully that the item is not being returned because of mis-pick or other exceptional circumstance (such as a fault) - deal with the item appropriately if so
  • Process "good" returns Khaos Cloud, administering a replacement, refund or credit note as required
  • Collate returned items ready for return to stock or return to vendor
  • Gather and process vendor returns
  • Follow-up vendor returns and ensure replacements or credit notes are issued back to the company as required.
  • Answer customer enquiries accurately and swiftly via Zendesk
  • Provide support on other administrative tasks as required across the business

Experience: MS Office / Excel / Word: 1 year (Required). Business Administrative: 1 year (Preferred). Education: A-Level or equivalent (Preferred).
