Job Description

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Processing purchase invoices.
  • Processing expenses.
  • Monitoring receipts and ensuring company policy has been adhered to.
  • Preparing BACS runs.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Ensuring costs are correctly coded.
  • Dealing with internal and external queries.
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
2 years+ experience in a varied purchase ledger role. Excellent Excel skills. Strong organization skills. Confident communicator. Ability to process invoices at a fast pace whilst maintaining accuracy. Good interpersonal skills.
