Job Description

The role will manage the preparation of Financial MI and support the preparation of planning cycles. The role is also responsible for maintaining the financial records for the Leasing business. Ownership of the financial compliance and management of audits will also lie with this role The individual will operate as a key member of the finance team. Key responsibilities include: • Production and interpretation of financial information and analytics along with delivering resulting actions from the MI created. These will include: o Profitability review o Asset and Sector analysis o Develop accounting reporting structure to accommodate growth e.g. Divisional splits o Provide KPI analysis required by business o Analysing & Identifying change and variance to business model and reporting to business o Development of Business Intelligence capability - Analysing competitors and market trends o Ownership of accounting, monitoring and reporting systems. In addition this includes the continuous improvement of month end accounts process. o Responsibility for Treasury/cash – Liaison with Funders and provision of information including drawdown of funds when required o

This role requires a supremely analytical individual with a the ability to translate management information into relevant messaging which can be actioned and delivered against to drive performance improvement and continued growth. The role holder will also be able to support and drive a finance team to achieve their goals and those of the business
