Managing the day to day finance function including:
Managing the purchase Ledger - Processing invoices and ensuring timely payments
Sales ledger - raising sales invoices and managing credit control
VAT returns
Bank management - Bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, expenses
Preparing financial analysis / reports to Director
Monitoring cashflow
Drafting accounts for external accounts review
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experienced Accountant / Senior Bookkeeper Xero experience would be desirable Trustworthy and able to work autonomously Attention to detail and proactive approach
