Job Description

Due to significant growth they are looking for an internal Senior Operations Executive to provide reporting and operational support to the commercial team, supporting the execution of the sales & marketing function and delivery of key contractual SLA's and reporting requirements You will work collaboratively with wider teams across the business to ensure fit for purpose MI reporting Producing regular reporting, ensuring data is accurate Work across the sales channels to understand the needs; design the reporting for key external stakeholders Design and understand range of service level agreement requirements and how this is incorporated into the end to end journey across the channels Provide timely administrative backing to the commercial team to support the customer journey In conjunction with the operational team, review all processes to identify efficiencies Work with marketing to control the customer database management
