Job Description
As part of the small Accounts team you will be supporting the administration and sales departments to provide a high level of support to the business. Your day to day responsibilities will include administration from invoicing and order processing, as well as updating financial records and accounts. This isn't an exhaustive list and other duties will be added as necessary.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally, as a candidate you will be a bright and self-motivated individual with a keen interest in finance and accounts. You will need a broad understanding of finance, with a head for administration and a strong desire to learn as you go and contribute to the team. You will be proficient with Microsoft Office, with a good level of general computer literacy, a knowledge of accounting systems (i.e. Sage) and with excellent people skills for your day to day interactions with colleagues and clients alike. Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in or around the construction industry would be extremely helpful for this position too.
