The Contract Manager will be responsible for the delivery of building fabric refurbishment & fit-out contracts from inception to completion and handover.
The Contract Manager will be responsible for the delivery and completion of the building fabric infrastructure aspect of refurbishment & fit-out contracts to include (not limited to) joinery, plastering, dry-lining, painting & decorating and cladding respectively.
The Contract Manager will be responsible for costing, reading/interpreting architectural drawings, programming of works and overall contract management to ensure the delivery of contracts/projects in line with client specifications, budgets and timeframes.
Although the key aspect and area of expertise of this position is the management and delivery of building fabric infrastructure refurbishment/fit-out contracts/projects, the company concerned are also asked to oversee the delivery of HVAC services as part of the wider contract package so a basic knowledge and appreciation of HVAC services would be highly advantageous.
