This position will start with immediate effect and be for a minimum of 6 months. You will work and train from home for the foreseeable period.
Duties and responsibilities of the role will include;
- Lead administrative investigations on cases
- Upload a range of documentation onto the case management system
- Conducting admin works to assist overall case work progression
- Create case work bundles for investigations
- Requesting , obtaining information for DBS checks and return any associated correspondence
- Maintain accurate case records and data management
- Provide customer service support to stakeholders
- Book meetings and take minutes in meetings
- Follow up any actions / schedules post meeting with associated parties / teams
-Manage large quantities of sensitive information in accordance with data protection legislation and data management policies and procedures
- Any adhoc admin or customer service duties as requested
- A good working knowledge of MS Office is required
