You will be working alongside experienced IFA administrators and reporting directly to the HR Manager.
You must have a team minded spirit, love being busy, able to stay calm under pressure and have a positive upbeat attitude.
Some duties will include:-
Producing valuations of client portfolios
Preparing paperwork for client meetings
Dealing with client queries and passing them to the relevant staff member
Updating notes of the back office system
Preparation of the meeting room, including sanitising
Typing letters and quotes
Filing/scanning
General admin work
