Job Description

Working for the Contract Support team you will provide exceptional customer service and comprehensive administrative services to the client and the contract. In order to be successful in the role it is key that the Contract Support understands procedures, processes and operates them to the required standards.
Duties are likely to include;
Managing the helpdesk, logging, distributing and closing calls as required
Understanding of contractual detail, including preferred suppliers
Site inductions
Liaising with clients regarding invoice detail and raising purchase orders as required
Compiling monthly management reports


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally you will have experience working in a fast paced administrative role. Understand the process of raising purchase orders and ensuring that all invoicing data is kept up to date and within contractual guidelines. Good knowledge of Excel and other IT systems is key as is the ability to build reports. Contracts Purchase Orders Administration Administrator Contract Invoices
