Working for the Contract Support team you will provide exceptional customer service and comprehensive administrative services to the client and the contract. In order to be successful in the role it is key that the Contract Support understands procedures, processes and operates them to the required standards.
Duties are likely to include;
Managing the helpdesk, logging, distributing and closing calls as required
Understanding of contractual detail, including preferred suppliers
Site inductions
Liaising with clients regarding invoice detail and raising purchase orders as required
Compiling monthly management reports
