Job Description

What you’ll be getting up to:

• Leading the production of month end management / financial accounts for the Tenet Mortgage Network and Tenet Compliance Services
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance measures to the business on a regular basis, such as pipeline income, FTE and direct costs against budget
• Performing monthly reviews with Departmental Managers and provide advice and Lead where necessary to ensure good financial control
• Leading the full reconciliation and control of the Balance Sheet
• Producing high quality inputs into the year-end statutory accounts and liaison with internal and external auditors
• Owning of the forecasting, budgeting and key performance KPI's.
• Review the quarterly / annual Tax and regulatory capital returns

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified. Experience of Management / Financial Accounting and Finance Business Partnering. Accounting in a Financial Services environment (desirable). Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build good working relationships and facilitate effective business partnering.
