Job Description

Ensure that the Stock Management within the comapany operation meets all auditor requirements and PI is conducted as required.

To maintain overall responsibility of the day to day running of the facility and be the main senior operational point of contact for all issues relating to the company operation

Working closely with the Head office team to manage and deliver the healthcare proposition ensuring ALL site legal and operational requirements are in place and maintained.

Work in partnership with the selected carriers so that the delivery options, including International delivery, are aligned enabling customer service standards to be met. Ensure formal reviews meetings are held to discuss delivery performance against pre-agreed KPI's and improvement actions are agreed when required

Work with Head office and retail teams to develop and implement the "Order and Collect" and "Click and Collect" customer options on site ensuring the Wins WMS development can support

Coach and develop direct reports, conducting PDR's and supporting personal development. Ensure objectives and development plans are cascaded down as appropriate.

Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to manage the performance of the company operation

Manage and deliver the KPI's across the company, to include costs, productivity targets, delivery service, accuracy, and shrinkage, agreeing formal measures and controls amongst the team. Ensure a culture of continuous improvement to push site performance and KPI's.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Accountability for the operational site strategy, including shaping the overall approach and objectives and ensuring the site strategy delivers in conjunction with the overall Multi - Channel strategy. Accountability and expert knowledge of the automation system and the WINS WMS to ensure both deliver the capabilities to support the growth forecast. A strong level of judgment to identify answers and think outside of the box. Anticipates customer and business needs and uses knowledge to focus work and drive improvements taking into account both internal and external considerations. Initiative and originality to challenge the status quo and define ways of doing things to meet overall Multi - Channel objectives Challenge and evaluate decisions and influence upwards, peers and team members.
