Job Description

• Experience of running vertical form fill packing machines dosed by milti-head weighers and Auger fillers
• Experience of leading by example in a Production Management position, ensuring that production targets are met within agreed timescales whilst ensuring best use of materials and resource, without sacrificing quality
• Liaise with relevant departments to create and implement staff training.
• Promote ‘Best in Class’ standards in Health and Safety and maintaining the company’s strict procedures and policies around Health and Safety, GMP and Hygiene standards whilst driving improvements where ever necessary.
• Training junior operators.
• Ensure that customers receive the highest standard of service and able to present the area for client and auditor visit.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

A strong leader who is able to manage issues such as absence, discipline and up skilling. Exceptional organizational skills, prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and successfully deliver on multiple deadlines. A great communicator – someone who can speak to people on a range of levels, reporting on quality, people issues and service. BRC Certification.
