We are looking for an experienced, hungry and ambitious business development professional who ideally has a broad network in the accountancy industry (across multiple firms). Starting in the UK, you will help create a channel sales model that enables accountants and bookkeepers to recommend and sell Revolut Business on behalf of Revolut. You will be single-mindedly focused on sourcing new partners and closing large deals, while driving hyper growth for Revolut Business and winning market share.

 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Innovation: Build a global program in digital banking sales that nobody has ever done before
  • Strategy: Define the value proposition (messaging, pricing, flows) that will allow accountants to easily and effectively scale adoption of Revolut Business amongst their client bases
  • Growth: Define and operate a partnership program for accountants and bookkeepers to become active channel partners
  • Network: Create alliances with industry bodies such as ICAEW and AICPA to place Revolut Business as the leading solution in the market
  • Marketing: Partner with our marketing team to ensure all programme marketing requirements are met across digital, events & affiliates
  • Partnership: Ensure all contractual requirements are met and adapted to local markets
  • Customer Experience: Engage with Product to ensure that customer journeys are frictionless

 

WHAT SKILL YOU'LL NEED

  • If you have worked at one of the top 100 accounting firms before: 2+ years of successful B2B business development/sales experience
  • If no formal account experience: 3+ years successful B2B business development/sales experience at a top tier (technology) firm
  • Proven relationship building and management skills
  • Flawless English language ability with outstanding communication & presentation skills
  • Excellent business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the UK
