Job Description

You will be responsible for compiling and updating complex financial spreadsheets to aid monthly Capital Reporting.You will manage and process orders for the department within the Oracle and liaising with suppliers to enable prompt payments. Maintaining computerised systems control to monitor planned and actual expenditure against projects contained in the department. You will also undertake general secretarial duties which may include, minute taking, make and receive phone calls, diary management and any other duties as and when required.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will be an experienced Administrator, ideally from a financial background and experience of operating Oracle and producing spreadsheets on Excel. You will possess excellent communication skills, written and verbal and be highly organised with great attention to detail.
