Key responsibilities
*Being one of the first points of contact with customer and suppliers via phone and email
*Processing sales orders and quotations
*Checking stock availability and raising purchase orders
*Processing card payments, raising invoices and credit control
*Writing covering letters and sending out brochures to potential customers
*Time, diary and event management for the Sales Managers
*General housekeeping duties
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
*A very high level of written and spoken English *An excellent telephone manner with customer service experience *A minimum of 1 year's administration experience with excellent attention to detail *Experience of Microsoft Office Excel (Google Sheets and Thunderbird preferable) *Excellent organisational and time management skills *A caring and friendly attitude with confidence in communicating with a variety of people *Knowledge of general accounts processes and SAP Business One software would be an advantage
