Job Description
- Responsibility of revenue accounting for Equifax Ltd, specifically the consumer arm of the business.
- Management of the accounting for revenue generating projects within Equifax
- Preparation and presentation of month-end reports, commentaries and variance analysis
- Documenting SOX controls, providing evidence to Corporate.
- Co-ordinate with Auditors (Internal & External) on the revenue audit, including group reporting.
- Accounting Partner for Sales
- Ensure numbers are accurately reflected in the general ledger each month, including any reclassifications that may arise
- Management of the sales contract review process and input into customer opportunities and contracts.
- Support the monthly commission plans process up and including the payments.
- Support the FP&A team in forecasting and budgeting
- Collaboration with EFX’s various outsource partners and internal teams that support the Bill to customer cycle.
- Involvement with, and occasional leadership of, multi-functional projects and business initiatives beyond the revenue department
- Support the production of customer invoices and management of authorization workflows

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Fully qualified (ACCA/ ACA, CIMA). Demonstrable knowledge and experience of revenue accounting. Experience in a professional environment. Commercial acumen to influence contract structure and negotiations to ensure optimum recognition within SOX requirements. Experience with Oracle R12. High level of numeracy and accuracy. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders.
