Job Description

Role responsibilities:

  • Update daily progress / planning paperwork as necessary
  • Run overdue and shortage lists, follow up with department team leaders
  • Update manufacturing KPI’s daily, weekly, monthly – create and print graphs
  • Run reports, update, flag issues as needed
  • Attend departmental meetings and updates as required
  • Assist production control as required
  • Material issuing and routing of special parts
  • Job closing
  • Preparing work lists
  • Any additional administrative tasks as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to communicate and interact productively with colleagues & employees at all levels within the company Familiarity and experience with spreadsheets, Microsoft Office tool set (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong organisational skills Good verbal and written communication skills
