Job Description

Our ideal candidate will be a strong manager with experience in the commercial cleaning sector gained in a previous managerial role or a site supervisor role wishing to take the next step in your career

You will have experience of deep/heavy cleans and supervising a number of supervisors and staff on multiple sites across the portfolio, you will be a proactive thinker with the ability to build strong working relationships with not only your own team but the site and senior client team. You will be required to visit all sites & buildings within the portfolio on a regular proactive but sometimes reactive basis. Part of that process will be to undertake daily, weekly, monthly site audits to ensure our high standards are maintained and feedback given to relevant staff where and when necessary. You will work closely with our site auditor to ensure all audits and actions are completed. A full driving license would be required to ensure that travel time was kept to a minimum

Experience of hotel housekeeping would be advantageous.

You will be super organized and methodical in your approach to the role with a "can do" attitude, your attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records will ensure the sites are managed to the expectation of the client and the company whilst ensuring our agreed output specification is maintained.

Your experience and knowledge in H&S and general management will also be an advantage as you will be responsible for the day to day management of equipment /staff / consumable logs including the delivery of tool box talks and the checking of completed timesheets & stores orders prior to submission to the account manager for processing

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will be the first line contact for the client and staff and will report into the account manager. The role is generally Mon - Fri but during times of deep cleans flexibility will be required in terms of overtime and occasional weekend work to ensure the work is completed on time and to our high standards. You will have a high degree of literacy and numeracy with the ability to keep accurate records with good delivery and understanding of English. Experience: management: 1 year (Preferred). Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred).
