Full-time, Temporary - Remote
Job Description

If you have previous Credit Control experience and you're looking for a temporary role for an initial 6 week term with potential for extension we'd like to hear from you!

This is a great opportunity for a driven and motivated individual with a background in finance and credit control who is looking for temporary employment.

The responsibilities of the role include;

  • Managing a varied mixture of customers, from large corporates, SME’s and sole traders to regulated consumer agreements.
  • Ensuring customers are managed in accordance with set policy and strategies, ensuring compliance to FCA requirements where applicable.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills with a preference for telephone based chasing
  • Dealing with complex account reconciliations and issues effectively and professionally
  • Ensure all stakeholders are engaged throughout the collections process
  • Ensuring a consistent approach to day to day activities operating under FCA guidelines as required.
  • Working collaboratively with the Credit Control Team Leader & Manager on projects that supporting developments and improvements within the credit control function
  • Supporting the Credit Control Team Leader & Manager with ad-hoc duties, as required to support the goals and objectives of the team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
If you have proven experience in Credit Control that can be demonstrated, a broad understanding of Microsoft Office and a Customer Service focus to your previous experience we want to hear from you. Experience: credit control: 1 year (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
