This is a great opportunity for a driven and motivated individual with a background in finance and credit control who is looking for temporary employment.
The responsibilities of the role include;
Managing a varied mixture of customers, from large corporates, SME’s and sole traders to regulated consumer agreements.
Ensuring customers are managed in accordance with set policy and strategies, ensuring compliance to FCA requirements where applicable.
Demonstrating excellent communication skills with a preference for telephone based chasing
Dealing with complex account reconciliations and issues effectively and professionally
Ensure all stakeholders are engaged throughout the collections process
Ensuring a consistent approach to day to day activities operating under FCA guidelines as required.
Working collaboratively with the Credit Control Team Leader & Manager on projects that supporting developments and improvements within the credit control function
Supporting the Credit Control Team Leader & Manager with ad-hoc duties, as required to support the goals and objectives of the team

If you have proven experience in Credit Control that can be demonstrated, a broad understanding of Microsoft Office and a Customer Service focus to your previous experience we want to hear from you. Experience: credit control: 1 year (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
