They currently have a requirement for an experienced Assistant Accountant, working directly into the Finance Manager.
Role Profile
Assist the Financial Manager (as one of three Assistants in the department)
Ledger posting in JDE accounts
Reconcile and monitor supplier accounts
Preparing bank payments
Post supplier invoices
Fixed assets
Any other ad hoc duties as required by manager
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good accounting knowledge and reasonable practical experience Excellent IT knowledge particularly with Excel Able to work with minimal supervision Prepared to work to tight deadlines Accurate, with attention to detail Good organisational skills Able to work as a part of a team Good sense of humour
