Job Description

As a Senior Accountant you will have a duties of business partnering with internal departments, exposure to management Accountant, Forecasting and Budgeting. Other duties will consist of:

• Develop more efficient finance processes
• Ensure finance processes are SOX compliant
• Main audit point of contact coordinating audit responses, drafting stats and ensuring that Frieze entities remain under small company thresholds
• Ensuring that accounts are US GAAP and UK FRS compliant and ensuring all external company filings are completed on time
• Main point of contact for tax advisors, coordinating responses, drafting comps and ensuring that Frieze are taking advantage of opportunities to reduce tax burden
• Submitting monthly payroll files to third party payroll provider ensuring payroll is accurate and up to date
