Job Description

The Accounts Senior will be tasked with preparing year end accounts for a range of owner managed businesses while also getting involved heavily with management accounts, tax computations and day to day advisory of clients. The ideal candidate will have carried out a varied role previously and is looking to progress within a great company to management.

Senior Accountant Position Overview
Working within the business services team you will be tasked with:
Preparing statutory accounts for a range of OMB's
Preparing tax computations and finalising accounts with clients when necessary
Handling questions and queries about a range of matters
Reviewing & submitting VAT returns

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Previous experience within a similar role is essential You must live within a commutable distance to Hull Able to work within a team and communicate with other teams to ensure the best service is provided Proficient using Xero & other accountancy packages
