Job Description

In this senior accountant job you will be an integral part of the SME team and you'll deal with limited companies, charities, academies, partnerships and sole traders. Your duties will include full sets of year-end accounts preparation, bookkeeping & managements, basic tax, building & maintaining client relationships and using multiple accounting software's including Xero and CCH.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The partners are looking for an engaging individual that has strong past experience working in practice and is experienced in preparing multiple full sets of year-end accounts. They are looking for someone who is either qualified by experience, part-qualified or newly qualified. You will need to be able to hit the ground running in this senior accountant job, have strong interpersonal skills, be a team player and have the ability to work alone. Any experience preparing charity or academy accounts would be highly desirable (not in no way a deal breaker if you don't).
