Palmer & Klein - a small family business processing and collecting waste oil & fats, based in Orsett Essex. We are looking for a part time accountant / book keeper to join our team. Working approx. 3 days a week. (flexible)

Requirements of our part time account / Bookkeeper

Min experience of 5 years in book keeping / accounts

Experience in Sage / Excel

Full UK Driving Licence (due to location) & Transport

Good telephone manor

Responsibilities

Daily Accounts

Invoicing

Wages

Vat Returns

Phone calls

Email communication

Bank reconciliation

Organisation & processing weighbridge tickets to invoices

Dealing with customers & suppliers

Payments

Working with drivers regarding collections & deliveries
