Job Description

The ideal candidate will be AAT Qualified or may have started studying towards ACA or ACCA from a practice background and will be experienced in the preparation of year end statutory accounts, VAT, bookkeeping, tax compliance and dealing with client queries. Audit experience would be advantageous but not essential.

Salary is dependent on experience with an excellent benefits package including ACCA/ ACA study support (if desired) and a generous holiday entitlement.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
• Corporation tax computations.
• Preparation of VAT returns & bookkeeping.
• Preparation of management accounts.
• Liaising with HMRC.
• Dealing with client queries.
