Job Description

This position will give you the opportunity to take full responsibility for weekly, monthly payroll, Pension enrolment, creditors and debtors control for all customers and suppliers. Liaising with all customers and suppliers and reporting to the Directors

This is a full time position, comprising of 37.5 hours per week.

Monday- Friday no weekend work

Hours: Flexible

Salary is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum depending upon Accountancy Level and experience

28 days holiday per annum (including Bank Holidays)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong administration skills. Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office. Essential Understanding of SAGE and SAGE Payroll. Dealing with HMRC for PAYE and VAT. Producing month End bank reconciliation. Month End P&L. Understanding of NEST pension Scheme. A high level of confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The flexibility and willingness to learn. To enjoy working with people. Tact and diplomacy. Good administrative skills. The ability to work independently. The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail. Experience: Payroll: 3 years (Required)
