Preparing KPI’s to understand and improve performance
Develop operational reporting and margin analysis
Standard costing with labour and materials analysis
Producing monthly variance analysis
Maintenance of fixed asset register
Management of quarterly stock stakes
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have a pro-active approach towards continuous improvement in all aspects of financial systems. This will involve working closely production and operational staff to assist in the implementation of procedures that support the needs of the business. Applicants for this role would ideally be part qualified CIMA or ACCA with experience of working in a manufacturing / engineering type environment in a management accounting role. You will receive study support to help you become a fully qualified accountant and can expect increased responsibility to reflect your ability as you add value to the business.
