Establish and maintain financial procedures, including forecasting and resource planning
Assist with setting annual and quarterly budgets along with analysing these monthly
Monitoring cashflow consistently, and preparing a monthly cashflow forecast
Responsible for posting all P&L journals to obtain accurate monthly management accounts within Sage 50:
- Labour costs
- Cost of Sales
- Prepayments
- Deferred Income
- Accruals
Produce monthly scorecard, in a way that is visually attractive to non-finance board members, highlighting any key points
Supporting the company deliver its KPIs by working closely with the client services teams
Hold training sessions on commercials
Introduce new procedures
Review existing procedures
Review costing schedules and recommend best pricing structure

Previous experience in a similar role AAT qualified Used Sage accounts software previously Competent in excel Good communication skills (with staff, clients and suppliers) Excellent attention to detail Confident to work independently
