Accounts Assistant
Full-time, Permanent - Temporarily remote
Job Description
Reporting to the Assistant Accountant responsibilities in this newly created role will include:
Processing of Career Payments and associated Customer Billing
Sales Ledger, including import of Sales Invoices
Processing Supplier Invoices and Payments
Bank Reconciliations
Processing of Staff Payrolls as required
Balance Sheet Reconciliations across the Group Companies
Other General Accounting related tasks

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of the responsibilities listed above. Knowledge of Sage 50 accounts and ideally Sage Payroll. Hold AAT Level 3 qualification or higher, keen to improve their career prospects in this rapidly developing sector. Be able to work using your own initiative and also as part of a team. A confident communicator, looking to add value to the team and it’s processes. Experience: Sage 50: 1 year (Required). AAT Level 3: 1 year (Required). accounts in company over £3 million turnover: 2 years (Required). payroll : 1 year (Preferred).
