Job Description
The role will suit someone with a can-do attitude who will enjoy the opportunity to become a key part of a small and friendly team. Whilst the role is primarily finance/accounts focused, you will also be responsible for a wide variety of general office administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities
General bookkeeping/accounts duties using Sage
Handling all aspects of purchase ledger and sales ledger
Credit control – sending customer statements and reminder letters
Answering calls and liaising with customers and suppliers
Managing the office post
Flexible Working Hours:
20-25 hours per week- flexible start/finish times

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous bookkeeping experience. Understanding accounting best practices. Experience of using Sage accounting software. Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to priorities your own workload and tasks with a high attention to detail. Self-motivated and directed with a keen attention to detail, with the ability to use their initiative and without direct supervision. Ability to build a rapport and nurture relationships with new and existing customers. Able to promote a professional attitude and always deliver to the highest standards. Experience: Sage Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
