Strategic Accounts Administrator – full time (40 hours per week) based at our Birmingham Hub, supporting both the 'Strategic Accounts and Client Services' teams, reporting to General Manager - Strategic Accounts.
One of the key functions to the role of a Strategic Accounts Administrator, is data inputting -importing/generating bookings and confirmations, following the delivery process, ensuring reports (including KPI’s) are updated on a daily/weekly basis.
Dealing with customer queries in a timely and efficient manner, having excellent customer related experience, with a genuine interest in helping Members and Customers, therefore exceptional communication skills and attention to detail are paramount.
