Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Weekly gross profit Flash reporting
*Weekly revenue and cost of sale reconciliations
*Preparation of monthly accounts to profit and loss and balance sheet
*Liaison with managers and consultants for gross profit & billing queries
*Preparation of accruals journals
*Preparation and posting of weekly ad hoc general journals
*Preparation and posting of monthly closing journals
*Monthly reconciliation of unbilled, cost of sales and balance sheet accounts
*Ensuring an accurate and timely reporting
*Assisting with audit preparation and processes
*Providing team cover during holiday periods
*Providing assistance to the manager
*Any other duties as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

*Organized and methodical in approach with keen attention to details *Strong communication skills *Strong reconciliation skills *Ability to prioritise workloads, works well both autonomously and as part of a team *Ability to liaise with people at all levels within the business *Ability to use basic spreadsheet formulas, Vlookups, Pivot Tables etc §Knowledge and experience of working in a similar industry/sector §Advanced knowledge of the use of Excel
