Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the line management and coordination of our administrative teams, comprising receptionists, booking clerks, administrators and secretaries. Potential candidates will be positive, motivated and proactive in their approach, with demonstrable experience of managing administrative teams and processes. A working knowledge of patient access targets and diagnostic waiting times is essential and experience of waiting list management would be a distinct advantage.
