Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Undertaking general office administration duties including the control of our mail, organizing meetings, stationary orders etc.
Minute taking for colleagues
Maintaining personnel, supplier files and completing audits
Compiling and updating reports using Microsoft packages
Accurate completion of wages, including absence, holiday leave etc. are recorded using Mitrefinch T&A and SAP
HR Administration/ Recruitment activities
Distributing and building communications to the team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for numeracy and have excellent communication skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Have working knowledge of Mitrefinch T&A and SAP.
