Job Description

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Undertaking general office administration duties including the control of our mail, organizing meetings, stationary orders etc.
  • Minute taking for colleagues
  • Maintaining personnel, supplier files and completing audits
  • Compiling and updating reports using Microsoft packages
  • Accurate completion of wages, including absence, holiday leave etc. are recorded using Mitrefinch T&A and SAP
  • HR Administration/ Recruitment activities
  • Distributing and building communications to the team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for numeracy and have excellent communication skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Have working knowledge of Mitrefinch T&A and SAP.
