Job Description

You’ll ensure a best in class experience for all employees when responding to all HR questions and queries on HR policies, practices and processes and will assist the HR team with a number of key programmes and initiatives.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You’re an Administrator with top-notch organization skills, excellent communication skills both written and verbal and a proven ability to priorities and organize your workload whilst maintaining a very high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. You’re resilient and able to stay calm under pressure whilst managing multiple priorities and maintaining confidentiality at all times. Proficient in Microsoft Office packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, you’re educated to at least GSCE Math and English grades at C / level 4 or above and most importantly, have a great work ethic and a keen desire to learn and develop a career in HR.
