As such the Centralized Administration Team is part of FTB’s response to upscale our Choice assessment response, working in conjunction with the referral management Centre to manage the expected upsurge in demand.
Post holders will have good communication and organizational skills; will be flexible, reliable, self-motivated, friendly and polite. The role would involve working alone or as part of a team, working to tight deadlines and under pressure. The applicant should be able to display a high degree of interpersonal and customer care skills
