Overview of Responsibilities:
• Management of rental payments and any other payments required by Tenants
• Ensuring collected payments are updated on to the system
• Sending invoices and posting receipts
• Reconciliation of client reports and bank reconciliations
• Assisting the Property Management Department
• Processing VAT returns
• Book keeping and management accounts
