This an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Administrator to join ROH IT Team with experience in overseeing application support, development and implementation of clinical software solutions .You will supervise and maintain the organizations software applications through best practices to ensure business applications meet end user needs. There will be a need to work closely with the wider IT team, BI team and analysts in bringing through and testing of new software and applications. You must ensure you provide timely and professional customer service to end users and to the wider systems user community.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The post holder should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with experience of dealing with core software solutions. Experience in a similar role is preferred such as Application Support Administrator or Service Desk Analyst. You will be involved in testing of new software and applications and liaising with software suppliers in developing FAQ and training guides to provide hands on support and training to end users. A customer focused approach and excellent communication skills are essential.
