Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA desirable)
Ideally extensive Xero and Excel experience
Extensive management and statutory accounts experience
Experience of developing and maintaining financial analysis and financial modelling
Proven track record of systems implementation and maintenance
Excellent written and verbal English

Role Description
Financial
Managing all finance and accounting operations via Xero accounting software. Including Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Nominal Ledger data input and reconciliation
Preparing the reconciliation of current account and company bank accounts each week / month for review by the Directors
Preparing weekly / monthly Cash Flow updates in a timely and accurate manner
Keeping up to date with any regulatory requirements and ensuring financial elements of company ISO 9001 are met
Problem solving any technical accounting issues
Ensuring the Trial Balance is up to date at each month end and preparing relevant monthly financial reports for the review by the Directors
Completing the year-end audit file to ensure all information is ready and available for the Accountants
Reviewing debtors weekly by sending statements and ensuring external credit control is completed
Completing credit checks on new clients and setting up accounts on accounting and finance software
Provide supporting information to accountant to organise monthly payroll
Coordinating and directing budgets
Streamlining financial processes
Managing reports for investor
Other
Assisting the Directors and Operations Manager with any other duties as required
Package
Highly competitive salary and with an excellent progression model
Basic Pay - £45K to £55K per annum (depending on experience) plus a performance related bonus
25 holiday days per year + bank holidays
Location of work - London SE18
Minimum 42.5 hrs per week. Working an 8.5-hour day between 08.30 to 17.00, Monday to Friday
