Job Description
My client is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to be based at their office in Birmingham Moor Street Station
The Office Administrators role will be to undertake the following duties;-
- Dealing telephone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Handling the scanning and archiving of documents
- The Office Administrator will also be involved in the ordering of staff uniforms
- Undertaking other office duties as requested by the Office Manager
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Administrative experience within an office environment. Good level of IT skills. Excellent telephone manner. Good time-keeping and attendance.
