• Effective date changes
• Execution of reversals
Notifies payroll and other relevant parties of requests; confirms payment
Updates case management tool and SHARP as needed by processes
Provides requested SHARP HR and Payroll data/transactions to auditor
Fulfils all the above duties with a high level of customer service
Being accountable and taking ownership of own workload
Building relationships with key stakeholders within supported population i.e. HR Managers, Recruitment, key line managers
Working flexibly across other teams within the Shared Service Centre as volumes in the Centre fluctuate
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Effectively organizing workload. Customer-focused and detail orientated. Dutch speaking. To multi-task and manage a fluctuating workload with large volumes and changing priorities Comfortable with technology and technical tools (e.g. case management tool, HR SAP). Excellent problem solving and judgment skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Flexible and agile approach, able to deal with changing priorities. Able to work collaboratively as part of a team. Experience in HR, global organization and/or shared service organization. Excellent database and data skills. Computer literate, knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project. Able to work under pressure and learn quickly. Experience Required: Experience in HR, global organization and/or shared service organization. Education Required: Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent desirable.
