Job Description
  • Provide day to day administrative support to the H.R. Managers for UK Technology and Ireland relating to all H.R. processes and ensure that all Holiday, PMP, Recruitment, Turnover and Operational trackers are kept up-to-date.
  • Be responsible for preparing and distributing all vacancies for hourly and salaried positions, posting, coordinating interviews (internally & externally) for Hiring Managers and H.R. using our on-line recruitment tool.
  • Prepare offer letters and contracts for all new employees and request references and other relevant documentation. You will initiate the new hire checklist and follow the global on-boarding programme, as required.
  • Send out end of probationary period reminders to all line managers and escalate any issues to the H.R. Managers, as appropriate.
  • You will create and maintain H.R. files for all employees and ensure that all documentation required is on file, following up where necessary.
  • Be responsible for analyzing of all the Return to Work interviews, scheduling letters and home visits for absent employees as per the absence management policy.
  • Take minutes of meetings in disciplinary hearings, grievance hearings and other HR meetings, as and when required.
  • Assist with coordinating training carried out in-house, including sending out invitations, reserving and setting up rooms and preparing any relevant materials.
  • Ensure noticeboards are kept up to date with HR communications and issued to all Ireland employees, as appropriate and required.
  • Be responsible for keeping the OURsyncreon Technology EMEA intranet site up to date on a monthly basis.
  • Provide Basic Employment Law Advice.
  • Assist the H.R. Manager’s with ad-hoc projects and duties, as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be considered for this role you must have previous administration experience, preferably in an HR environment. Be able to organize and priorities your workload accordingly. Be able to communicate effectively at all levels. Maintaining confidentiality is paramount. An understanding of Basic Employment Law would be advantageous.
