Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join them on an initial 3 month period.
To be suitable for the role you must have the following experience:
Strong administrative experience within a professional organization.
Comfortable handling incoming and outgoing calls.
Working within defined processes to strict deadlines ..
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Experience coordinating documents into appropriate files and entering information onto the database.
CRM experience - ideally Salesforce.
Excellent MS Office skills - at least Intermediate level Excel and Word.
Experience working within a membership or training/assessment organization would be highly beneficial.
