Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join them on an initial 3 month period.
To be suitable for the role you must have the following experience:

  • Strong administrative experience within a professional organization.
  • Comfortable handling incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Working within defined processes to strict deadlines ..
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating documents into appropriate files and entering information onto the database.
  • CRM experience - ideally Salesforce.
  • Excellent MS Office skills - at least Intermediate level Excel and Word.
  • Experience working within a membership or training/assessment organization would be highly beneficial.
