Job Description

• Monthly management accounts
• Monthly covenant reporting for senior debt providers, with tight reporting deadlines.
• Investigate anomalies and identify revenue opportunities.
• VAT compliance, including registration & option to tax.
• JV reports to HMRC.
• Investment reports sent the partners on a quarterly basis.
• Cash flow management and forecasting.
• Internal activity reporting for 'the group’.
• Ensure internal fees for managing the portfolios are raised correctly.
• Understanding of personal and corporate tax.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Previous experience with monthly management accounts and month end reporting Professional and able to use appropriate language in all written and verbal communication, both internally and externally. Able to manage own deadlines and workloads. Able to work under time pressure Have good IT skills and capable of picking up new systems Property or construction finance background is preferable but not essential
