Job Description

The Management Accountant will report into the Financial Controller and they will take overall responsibility for preparing, reporting and reconciling month end management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cashflow). In addition, supporting the FC in identifying key business trends and communicating results to Senior Leadership Team.
The Management Accountant will be responsible for managing and leading a small team (3-4 FTE's) and supporting their development whilst they study for professional accountancy qualifications. The role will also provide support to variance projects as and when required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful Candidate will be a Professionally Qualified individual with 2-5 years PQE, and extensive Management Accounting experience. They will be an exceptional communicator who is comfortable leading and developing a team, whilst also liaising with various stakeholders internally and externally.
