Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit an Office Administrator at our Office in Coventry. This will be a varied role covering multi aspects of day to day office admin.

Main duties to include:

  • Uploading information on the system.
  • Answering the phone and keeping records of customer enquires/complaints.
  • Filing and uploading job completion records.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have competent PC skills, including word processing and spreadsheet packages. Highly organized and able to multi task. Excellent email and telephone communication skills. Demonstrate attention to detail. Self-motivated and be able to work without supervision. Able to priorities workload. Have a can do attitude with a strong work ethic.
