Job Description

Co-ordinate, manage and monitor a comprehensive, high quality and effective patient administration service across the Primary Care Network sites.

To lead in the modernization and change management processes associated with the implementation of new processes and assisting with development of service improvements and delivery.

A creative and resourceful problem solver

The team of managers will be responsible for ensuring there is robust support for all team members and will work varied hours within our normal operating hours. Rotational on call responsibilities will also be expected to be undertaken by the appointed manager as part of the role.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Prior management or supervisory experience. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Flexible, friendly and professional leader. Excellent team working and communication skills. Robust IT skills. Understands service excellence principles, embodies those principles, operationalizes & instils them within their teams
