The main responsibilities of the Business Support Administrator are:
You will provide work closely with your colleagues to process new orders and sales engagements in accordance with our policies and procedures
You will support account managers and our service delivery teams in providing quotations to new and prospective customers
You will raise and manage orders within our online portals, ensuring that we are continuously meeting our SLA’s
You will support in the development of pre contract documents and ensure that our information is securely stored and saved
You will support our bid management teams for our larger business account development efforts
You will work to enhance your knowledge of our business and services

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have strong IT literacy and skills, able to work with the Microsoft Office package as well as learn new systems and processes. Strong experience working within an Administration setting. The ability to work well within team settings as well as take initiative. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
